RETURNS AND REFUNDS
PMI SOLUTIONS LLC (PMI) stands behind the quality of everything we sell, and we are committed to your satisfaction.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can return it to PMI within 30 days of the delivery date for a replacement or refund. If at the time of purchase, Shipping and Handling was charged, this portion is not refundable. There will be a $9.95 re-stocking fee on all returns.
All returns whether for refund or replacement, require a Return Product Authorization (RPA). To obtain a Return Product Authorization Number, please set up a return request on our web page.
Products that are returned without prior RPA and the RPA# clearly printed on the address label will be refused and sent back to the sender.
SHIPPING
PMI offers shipping methods that will provide prompt delivery along with accurate tracking information. Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be provided.
The general transit time for orders shipped within the United States is 3-6 business days. Most of our items are shipped Ground and may not require a signature for delivery. If you are purchasing a high value item, please ensure that someone can receive the package. Notwithstanding, shipping will occur within 2 to 6 weeks from receipt of payment.
PMI does not directly ship to International addresses. The majority of our items do not ship to PO Boxes, US Protectorates, or APO/FPO addresses. Please validate your shipping address before placing your order.
